LADS is a not-for-profit organization backed by experienced volunteers, support staff, and professional advisers to help you access relevant and up-to-date information about ADHD and related disorders.
Phone or email Us
You are invited to phone and discuss your needs with a trained volunteer Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Our aim is to help you access information about ADHD, services or treatments which benefit people with ADHD.
For Parents and carers
Coffee Mornings are held on the first Wednesday of the month during school terms from 9:30am to 11:30am at The Niche (details below). Facilitated by a trained volunteer, these informal gatherings are an opportunity for parents/carers of children with ADHD to meet, support each other and learn strategies to make life a little easier. After coffee, visit our library and borrow one of our excellent books or audio-visual materials.
For Adults
LADS Adult Support Group provides a unique opportunity to deal with the every-day issues faced by adults with ADHD. Meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm you can learn from the experiences of others.  Partners and relatives also find these meetings a useful resource to learn more.  There is no obligation to participate and you can contribute as little or as much as you like in a relaxed environment. Regularly expert presenters cover topics of specific interest to help improve the work, health, and the personal lives of adults with ADHD.
