- Grandparents Day Grants 2012 – Closes 17 August 2012
- Social Innovation Grants Program – Closes 19 October 2012
- Regional Community Child Care Development Fund (Operational Grants ) – Closes 5 October 2012
Youth Activities Grant Program – Grants can be submitted at any time. Applicants need to allow up to 12 weeks for application to be processed.

Local Council Funding
While ConnectGroups continues to advocate and seek funding for its members, we’d like to encourage all Self Help & Support Groups to contact their local councils who may provide grants to organisations operating within their communities.
Wanneroo Community Funding
